ABOUT TRUE CHANGE COACHING

MY MISSION

My mission is to help people grow, heal, and ultimately become the best version of themselves. I believe deeply in human potential, that with the right tools, support, and self-understanding, anyone can create meaningful, lasting change in their life.

My work is shaped by years of experience across a wide range of settings: prisons, addiction services, detox facilities, secure and residential care, hospitals, and community group programs. I’ve supported people from many cultural backgrounds, and my own story, born in Scotland, raised in New Zealand, has taught me the importance of understanding identity, resilience, and the different paths people walk.

I am passionate about the brain, behaviour, and personal development. My academic background, with both a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Psychology, grounds everything I do in evidence-led, ethical practice. Through this combination of knowledge and real-world experience, I’ve seen firsthand how people can change their lives dramatically when they are given the right guidance and space to grow.

I take a person-centred, strength-based approach, creating sessions where you are at the centre of the process. This is your journey, I’m here to walk beside you, support you, challenge you when needed, and help you gain the clarity to move forward. I offer as many one-to-one sessions as you need, as little or as many as you like, with absolutely no pressure and no obligations.

At the heart of True Change Coaching is a simple commitment: to provide a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, build resilience, and take confident steps toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
