True Change Coaching is a space for people who want to grow, heal, and step into the best version of themselves. My goal is to help you understand who you are, uncover your strengths, and create meaningful changes that last.

I take a strength-based approach, grounded in the belief that everyone already has the potential for transformation. Alongside this, I bring accountability, the kind that keeps you moving forward, even when things feel uncertain. Coaching with me is supportive, honest, and focused on real progress.

With an MSc and BSc (Hons) in Psychology, and years of experience in complex and high-pressure environments, I combine academic knowledge with practical insight. I offer a non-judgmental, humanistic space where you can reflect deeply, explore your patterns, understand your values, and build the resilience needed for long-term growth.

What I Don’t Offer:

To keep things clear and transparent, here’s what coaching with me does not include:

  • Diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions

  • Trauma therapy or long-term psychotherapy

  • Crisis intervention

  • Medication advice or medical care

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, clinical treatment, or crisis services. If you’re navigating severe or acute mental health challenges, I encourage you to seek specialist support alongside coaching.

This training informs my coaching, helping clients build resilience, emotional intelligence, and effective coping strategies to achieve personal growth and self-regulation.
